Thursday 27th October: Monsieur Gustave H. and his cellmates escape prison. Monsieur Gustave calls upon the special services of, and is rescued by, the Society of the Crossed Keys and Monsieur Ivan. (Checkpoint 19 Criminal Internment Camp)

Friday 28th October: "Local Girl's Head Found in Laundry Basket" reads the headline of the Trans-Alpine Yodel newspaper. Meanwhile, Monsieur Gustave H. and his ward Zero Moustafa pursue J.G. Jopling, resulting in a death.

Saturday 29th October: At midnight, war begins. By lunch, Pffeifelstad falls under heavy shelling. High command advances to Nebelsbad and inhabits the Grand Budapest Hotel. Monsieur Gustave H., his ward Zero Moustafa, and Zero's girlfriend Agatha infiltrate the Grand Budapest and find the secret will of Madame Celine Villenueve Desgoffe und Taxis. (Zubrowka)

Thursday 17th November: Start of the Lutz Blitz. Monsieur Gustave H., his ward Zero Moustafa, and Zero's wife Agatha travel across the border. Monsieur Gustave is shot by fascist border patrolmen. (Zubrowka)
