Wednesday 30th June: April O'Neil video records a lab rat named Splinter. (New York City, New York)
Sunday 18th July: April O'Neil video records mutant turtles named Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo. (New York City, New York)
Splinter starts teaching the turtles ninjitsu. (New York City, New York)
Thursday 20th March: April O'Neil interviews Harley Pasternak. That night, she spots Foot Clan ninjas in Brooklyn and believes that they have been stopped by a single vigilante. (New York City, New York)
