1st January: The Battle of Yavin in Star Wars: A New Hope, which is the centerpoint of the official Star Wars calendar, can roughly be placed in 1800 due to a spinoff comic storyline where Han Solo crashes the Millenium Falcon into earth and is killed. About 130 years after the crash, Indiana Jones and Short Round locate the Millenium Falcon, and Chewie now known as as Bigfoot, in the early 1940s. The date of Han's crash can be dated at least 10 years after the original movie as that is when his first child was born in the Legends continuity in which the book spins off from. This gives me the approximate date of 1800 which also allows for easy placement of all Star Wars movies. (A galaxy far, far away) (Star Wars)
